Egg powder constitutes an excellent solution in food industry: in bakeries, confectionery industry but is also widely applied in other industry sectors. Divergent to liquid products it does not require to be stored in cooled conditions and is also characterised by significantly longer deadline of applicability.
The OVOITA offer of dried egg processed products encompasses the following listed products:

  • Whole egg powder (pasteurised in the UHP technology, sprayed content of chicken eggs);
  • Egg yolk powder, also characterised by its thermo stability (pasteurised in the UHP technology, sprayed content of chicken eggs);
  • Egg white powder (albumen standard, foam and gelled albumens).
  • Dried egg mixtures (mixtures of egg yolk and white in various proportions, manufactured based upon individual Recipient recipes, which take into the consideration such additives as salt, sugar or other).
