Egg mass constitutes an ideal solution in the food industry: in bakeries, mayonnaise production, in the confectionery industry, in the process of noodle or deli product manufacturing. Thanks to the employment of filtration, air control and pasteurisation processes it ensures comfort and safety of application.
The OVOVITA offer connected to liquid egg products encompasses the following listed products:

  • Liquid eggs (the cracked contents of chicken eggs, the high quality of aseptic technology ULTRAPASTEURISATION (UHP) and FULL ASEPTIC packing);
  • Liquid yolk (egg yolk separated from the open contents of chicken eggs, the high quality thanks to the application of aseptic technology of ULTRAPASTEURISATION (UHP) and FULL ASEPTIC packing);
  • Liquid egg white (egg separated from the cracked content of chicken eggs, the high quality thanks to the aseptic technology of ULTRAPASTEURISATION (UHP) and FULL ASEPTIC packing);
  • Liquid egg mixtures (the mixtures of egg yolk and egg white in various proportions, manufactured based upon individual Recipient recipes which take into the consideration such additives as salt, sugar or others);
  • Liquid eggs in SPRAY- applied in the process of varnishing of confectionery products (100% cracked contents of chicken eggs, pasteurised, homogenised, without any dyes, preservatives or any other additives, packed under pressure).
